Terms and Conditions

Terms

First orders are shipped COD cash or company check with credit approval. Net 30 terms are available with approved credit application. Interest will be charged at the rate of 1 1/2 % per month on all accounts not paid on maturity, including past due interest. Returned checks will be subject to a $40.00 per check charge. All freight is F.O.B. point of origin.

Conditions

All prices are subject to change without notice. We assume no responsibility if price change notices are not received. In the event of new federal or state taxes or legislation affecting the costs of items shown herein, Dandys CTS reserves the right to increase prices proportionately. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Merchandise is subject to change or withdrawal without notice. We assume no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to our inability to obtain supplies.

Free Freight

Free Freight applies to all regular price orders over $200.00. Offer applies to all products and orders shipped via ground in the continental U.S., excluding discounted merchandise and basic white t-shirts

Minimum Order

Dandys CTS has no minimum order. Orders under $50.00 may be subject to a $5.00 service charge.

Handling Fee

A $3.95 handling charge will be added to each invoice.

Pricing Policies

Prices published on-line or in our price list apply to COD and Net Purchases only.

Dozen Pricing

Dandys CTS's dozen price starts at purchases of 6 pieces of one style/size/color.

1-5 Pieces

Piece pricing is received for purchases of 1-5 prices per style/size/color.

6+ Pieces

Dozen pricing is received for purchases of 6 or more pieces of one style/size/color. Any other quantities of 6 pieces or less ordered in the same style/color will receive this pricing.

Case Pricing

Case pricing is received for purchases of 1 mill pack case of one style/size/color. Any other quantities of 1 case or less ordered in the same style/color will receive this pricing.

Product Descriptions

Many product descriptions include the weight of the fabric indicated in ounces. All weights included in product descriptions are averages based on the color offering for that specific item. Weights are provided to Dandys CTS by the manufacturer.

Scale

Some items may require that you purchase a minimum of 50% of your order in any combination of sizes XS-4XL.

Claims

Claims for any discrepancies must be made within 15 days of receipt of order.

Cancelled or Refused Orders

Cancelled or Refused orders are subject to a 20% restock fee plus applicable freight and handling charges.

Returns

It is the receiver's responsibility to check for discrepancies in an order before any alterations are made. Altered garments, excluding irregulars, are not returnable. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form or number. Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price. Returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved and will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Merchandise that is not Dandys CTS's will be returned at the customer's expense or disposed of by Dandys CTS. Samples and discontinued items are not returnable. All returns must be prepaid. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization and shipping address.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please ask your sales representative for information.

Collect & 3rd Party Billing

Freight charges that are refused will be billed to customer's Dandys CTS account due to any of the following conditions:

1. Dandys CTS is billed because the consignee did not acknowledge shipping charges.

2. Dandys CTS is billed because the 3rd party refused to pay shipping charges.

3. Dandys CTS is given an incorrect or invalid shipping account number.

Export Shipments

Many products that have been imported into the U.S. cannot be exported to other countries. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their freight forwarder to confirm foreign documentation requirements and verify that items to be exported will be released by customs at the final destination. Dandys CTS is not responsible for providing this information or any documentation required to export goods purchased from Dandys CTS.

Online Ordering System Conditions of Use

This site is provided by Dandys CTS on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dandys CTS makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included in this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Dandys CTS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Dandys CTS does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from DandysCTS.com are free of viruses or other harmful components. Dandys CTS will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Certain State Laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Internet & Network Connections

Our goal is to provide you with consistant availability and access to our Online Ordering System. There are many things that effect the connection from OUR Network to yours. Dandys CTS cannot guarantee that service will be consistant to your network provider, and therefore available to you. If for some reason, we experience technical difficulties and are unable to deliver service to you or your company, please call our customer service department to place or confirm your order. If you become disconnected from our system during an order, you will have to restart your order as all order details will be lost.
